Before you move into your warehouse unit we freshly paint everything, install new carpet/vct, clean bathrooms and install new toilet seat(s), repair any damaged drywall, broom sweep warehouse floor, change a/c filters, test light fixtures/bulbs/electrical outlets and check to make sure everything is in working order. All our properties are leased/managed by me the Owner Scott Calderazzo.
When you call we answer the phone! Our maintenance team is in-house so you never have to worry about us calling some handyman to fix your warehouse unit. If the roof leaks we fix it, if a door breaks we fix it, if something needs to be repaired we fix it. If your A/C breaks we can usually fix it the same day.
The price we tell you is the price you pay! All you pay is the RENT plus tax.

What are CAM and Triple Net Lease fees?? You need to know this before you sign a lease!

If the space is part of a larger building, the common area maintenance charges (CAMS) will be divided among the tenants of the building, generally based upon the tenantís square footage percentage of the overall complex.

In Triple Net Lease, the tenant is responsible for their proportionate share of property taxes, property insurance, common operating expenses and common area utilities.
